Terms of use.
These terms apply to Android apps published by Bright Byte and to this website. By installing or using an app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the apps
You may use our apps for personal and commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or use them in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Google Play
Apps are distributed through Google Play, and Google Play's Terms of Service also apply. Where Google's terms and ours differ on downloads, payments or refunds, Google's terms take priority.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.
- Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials, where offered, turn into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Contact us if something went wrong and we will help where we can.
Ads
Some free apps show ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Each app's privacy policy explains what this involves and how to manage your ad choices.
Information in the apps
Information shown in our apps is provided for general reference only and may be delayed or incomplete. Do not rely on it alone for financial, legal or other important decisions.
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and reliable but cannot guarantee they will always be error-free or available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bright Byte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
How each app handles data is described in its privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
