Purchases and subscriptions
I paid, but the app still shows ads or locked features
Open the app's upgrade or remove-ads screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to Google Play with the account you used to buy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Google Play, and we never see your card details. Shortly after buying you can usually request a refund from Google directly in your Play order history. After that, get in touch with your order number (it starts with GPA.) and it will be looked at case by case.
App issues
Notifications are not arriving
Allow notifications for the app in Android settings → Apps → the app → Notifications. If your phone limits background apps, turn off battery optimisation for it as well.
How do I change my ad consent? (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Apps that show ads include Ad privacy options in their menu, where you can change your choice at any time.
Something else is broken
Update the app from Google Play first; the fix may already be out. If it still happens, get in touch and describe what you tapped before the problem.
Your data
None of our apps have accounts, so there is no profile on our side to delete. What you enter stays on your phone and is removed when you clear the app's data (Android settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall it.
Some apps use Google services such as AdMob or Firebase, which process limited data on Google's side. That data is not linked to your name or email, so we cannot look it up by person; resetting or deleting your advertising ID breaks the link with past ad data. Each app's privacy policy lists exactly what it uses.
